    The Environmental Defenders Office has commissioned an external review in response to the scathing findings of a Federal Court judge about its role in the Barossa pipeline case earlier this year.

    The EDO board said on Wednesday it had asked Tony McAvoy SC to recommend reforms to “enhance provision of EDO’s legal services … including in court processes involving cultural heritage”.
