    ANZ poaches JPMorgan banker as moves ramp up

    ANZ has poached a former JPMorgan staffer to run its Australian interest rates trading business in Sydney, the latest in a series of moves by bankers weighing new career opportunities after a less-than-stellar bonus season.

    Chris Corbett, who started on January 30, returns to ANZ after more than eight years with JPMorgan, where he covered the US bank’s Australia-New Zealand dollar swaps business, a spokeswoman for ANZ told The Australian Financial Review.
