Trenna Probert was 24 and working the front desk at the Park Hyatt in Sydney when a hotel customer noticed she had the gift of the gab.
A vice president at American Express, he hired her to “build relationships with the CEOs of the top 150 corporate customers” in Australia at the time. “He didn’t tell me how to do it, just gave me that job.”
