    The former head of PwC’s Canberra arm has been picked to implement sweeping reforms to the firm’s culture and governance, as the big four consultancy seeks to recover from its tax leaks scandal.

    Tom Bowden will replace former acting chief executive Kristin Stubbins as chief transformation officer, and is tasked with realising the firm’s commitment to being “built on the highest ethical standards, with integrity at our core”.
