    The NSW Law Society will advocate for fairer deadlines for solicitors from courts and clients, as part of an increased focus on lawyers’ mental health and wellbeing in the new legal year.

    New Law Society president Brett McGrath called on courts to take the wellbeing of lawyers into account when setting short deadlines for complex and time-intensive legal work.
