    A Victorian Supreme Court judge has hauled a commercial lawyer over the coals for “sustained failure” in an insolvency case, and recommended she be referred to the profession’s watchdog.

    Associate Justice Catherine Gobbo said Zoe Davis, the principal of ZD Legal, had ignored her orders, filed documents with numerous errors, and was either late or absent at three hearings for her client, J & G Flooring.
