    London | Listed British airport food-and-beverage giant SSP has launched a takeover of its venerable Australian rival Airport Retail Enterprises, in a deal analysts said could be worth up to $160 million.

    ARE operates 62 cafes, bars and restaurants across seven airports, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra, which SSP will add to its existing collection of about 40 units at Australian airports.
