    Corporate Travel Management founder Jamie Pherous has gone to court with a bench of lawyers to avert a massive tax bill on $500 million worth of company shares following a paperwork bungle.

    The move followed “lengthy” talks between advisers for his private company and the Australian Taxation Office about a potential capital-gains tax liability.
