    The global chief executive of Italian luxury car brand Lamborghini says the roar of a traditional engine will be kept for as long as possible on the group’s sports cars as more hybrid versions are produced across different models.

    Stephan Winkelmann said there will be “ups and downs” among the customer base as more electrification occurs in the luxury vehicle industry, but shifting its super sports car brands to fully electric is many years off.
