    Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has become the first stage play in Australian history to sell over one million tickets, ahead of re-opening in a one-part version in May.

    But for executive producer Michael Cassel, whose eponymous Sydney-based production house is now part of a $1 billion Asia-Pacific entertainment group backed by Silicon Valley, a long run for the musical based on J.K. Rowling’s eighth Potter book is just one part of an ambitious post-pandemic plan.
