    James Hardie chief executive Louis Gries was paid more than $7.6 million during the year ending March 2011.The remuneration package included $944,137 in base pay and more than $5 million in equity awards, which includes long-term incentive awards and restricted stock units. He was also paid $599,806 for relocation expenses as he was required to spend half his time in The Netherlands.
