    The publication of company-level data for the first time on the disparity between men and women’s pay rates has revealed the median pay gap for base salaries at businesses with 100-plus employees was 14.5 per cent.

    The Workplace Gender Equality Agency data is the latest addition to a suite of gender pay gap measures published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
