    More than three in four readers of The Australian Financial Review back calls for the government to conduct a broad review of the country’s tax settings, after Labor backflipped on income tax cuts that were due to kick in on July 1.

    Although a slim majority (55 per cent) supported the changes to the stage three tax cuts proposed by Labor, readers said wholesale reform was crucial.
