    Treasurer Jim Chalmers says the Productivity Commission will face a workplace overhaul after an independent investigation uncovered a culture of harassment, bullying, discrimination and victimisation.

    Evidence was found of sexism, sexual harassment and other exclusionary inappropriate behaviour including bullying and racism in the commission’s “blokey and hypermasculine” Canberra office. Women from the Melbourne office travelling to Canberra were warned “to watch out for predatory behaviour” by certain individuals, according to review participants.
