    Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong has been judged the most effective minister in the Albanese cabinet for the second straight year by readers of The Australian Financial Review, who marked Linda Burney the worst performer following the disastrous Voice campaign.

    Almost 40 per cent of readers surveyed marked Senator Wong the best-performing cabinet minister in 2023, with Treasurer Jim Chalmers placed second, with 14 per cent of respondents.
