Elanor Investors Group has bought two medical-related properties in Queensland from Healthcare real estate investment trust Northwest for about $123 million to seed its new unlisted healthcare fund.

The fund now comprises two multi-tenanted medical office and day surgeries: one on a 5771 sq m site at 55 Little Edward Street in the Brisbane suburb of Spring Hill, the other called Pacific Private at 123 Nerang Street in Southport on the Gold Coast in an established health precinct.
