Former Financial Review Rich Listers Michael Gordon and Jim Goldburg have downsized their agricultural portfolio after selling a large poultry farm in the Scenic Rim region west of the Gold Coast to busy investor and developer Sandeep Singh.
Records show Mr Singh and his wife Harneet Cheema’s Amazing Investors paid $15.6 million for the 58.5-hectare Cryna Poultry farm near Beaudesert.
