Ex Regis team to take reins at Capricorn Metals: sources
The stop-start battle for would-be gold miner Capricorn Metals is set to take another twist, with a former suitor set to get his hands on the Pilbara-based group’s key asset, the Karlawinda gold project.
Under a deal to be announced as early as Wednesday morning, a team led by Mark Clark, who was fellow gold miner Regis Resources's long-time boss until last September, will pump up to $20 million into Capricorn via a placement, and come in and run the asset.
