    The planned sale of Jarden’s wealth advisory and asset management division has opened a window into the New Zealand-based investment bank’s finances, with accounts mailed out to shareholders ahead of a vote on the proposal.

    Marked “private and confidential”, the document took little time to make its way to Street Talk, alongside investor concerns that some of the figures were, er, just a little vague. The balance sheet, for one, combined current and non-current liabilities and provides little details about working capital.
