    New Redflex offers trump Macquarie

    Traffic systems provider Redflex Holdings says it has received a number of takeover proposals from “credible parties" priced at more than the $2.50 a share offered by Macquarie Group two months ago.

    The company has been testing the market since mid-August for a potential sale following an approach from Macquarie Group.
