National Australia Bank’s ventures arm is increasing its investment in Sydney-based payment services software company DataMesh after signing on as the lead investor in a fresh $30 million capital raise.

The funding round, double the size it had gone to market hoping to raise late last year, was also supported by Deutsche Bank, ANZ’s external innovation and venture capital partner 1835i, ex-Macquarie operative Scott Wilson’s investment fund Wunala Capital, Fifth Estate and Peregrine Corporation.
