    Digital entrepreneur Patrick Grove is saying goodbye to the online marketplace that made his name but he aims to repeat its recipe for success everywhere from Asia to Zanzibar.

    On Friday, shareholders in iProperty, the ASX-listed owner of the biggest online property classifieds portals in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand, voted almost unanimously to sell the company that Mr Grove's Catcha Group created in 2006 to REA Group, which already owned 23 per cent.
