    Shell and PetroChina’s joint venture Arrow Energy now owes its shareholders more than $US2 billion ($3 billion) after the Australian entity posted an annual loss of more than $300 million in 2022.

    The result extends the poor run endured by Arrow Energy, which has posted a string of annual losses since the joint venture was created a decade ago.
