    Laggard superannuation fund Christian Super has struck a deal to pass its members and their savings to retail manager Australian Ethical Investment after being told by the regulator to shut up shop.

    Under the proposed deal, Australian Ethical with absorb Christian Super via a successor fund transfer later this year or early next year, creating a $9 billion ethical fund manager.
