Anthony Albanese will travel to Hobart on Monday to launch former Liberal MP Pat Farmer’s ultramarathon for the Voice to parliament, as the prime minister tries to draw more Coalition supporters into the Yes camp, despite Peter Dutton’s opposition.

Mr Farmer, the former Liberal MP for Macarthur in south-west Sydney and an ultramarathon runner, will run 14,400 kilometres around Australia to build support for the Voice to parliament.
