    One of the nation’s senior law enforcement officers has been lured out of retirement in anticipation of a surge in demand for investigative skills following the establishment the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

    Mike Phelan, former chief executive officer of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission and director of the Australian Institute of Criminology, has joined Kroll to advise its forensic investigations and intelligence team, including on its work for federal government clients.
