    Beauty brand Etto taps Lempriere Wells for convertible notes raise

    Boutique capital advisory and investment outfit Lempriere Wells is stitching up a $1.5 million convertible note raise for personal care business Etto.

    Etto’s founder, Andrea Horwood, is well known in the beauty industry, co-founding ingestible beauty company WelleCo with Elle Macpherson, high SPF sun-care range Invisible Zinc and glossy magazine Australian Style.
