    Unpaid overtime is on the rise as workers increasingly choose to shun traditional hours, and new research warns that the Fair Work system is failing to keep up with the increase in flexible work.

    A new study from Deloitte and Swinburne University reveals that more than a quarter of remote employees are not being paid for work done during non-work hours.
