    Washington | China’s refusal to co-operate with efforts to restructure the growing debt of poor nations battling record high inflation could lead to the next financial crisis, senior IMF and other officials have warned.

    US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Wednesday (Thursday AEDT) became the latest to express frustration at China’s foot dragging on moves to restructure debt of struggling nations under the G20’s common framework agreed in 2020.
