    Adamantem Capital is ready to sell some of its oldest assets as the second half of the year shapes up as a formidable window for deals in the public and private markets.

    The private equity firm’s first fund has five companies, and nearly all of them – including butcher Hellers and New Zealand-based Heritage Lifecare – are ready for possible transactions, Adamantem co-founder and managing director Rob Koczkar, told AFR Weekend.
