    Investors seeking to capitalise on a declining oil price should look at the share price performance of some leading small caps following the commodity's 28 per cent decline since early August.

    Shares in automotive parts and accessories retailer Super Cheap Auto, airline operators Regional Express and Virgin Blue, and automotive parts supplier Repco have risen more than 50 per cent since oil first started its six-month decline in early August.
