The law firm leading a $70 billion class action against BHP has landed in Sydney, and says more Australian companies are in its sights.
Flush with a $US552.5 million ($837 million) injection from US hedge fund Gramercy, Pogust Goodhead enters the Australian market after regulations governing litigation funder-backed class actions were unwound by the Albanese government in 2022.
