Top law firms look to improve relationship with employees

The leaders of two of Australia’s top law firms say that after two years of pandemic disruption they are looking to recalibrate the relationship with employees to give them more clarity on their roles and future.
King & Wood Mallesons chief executive partner Renae Lattey and Herbert Smith Freehills executive partner Andrew Pike told The Australian Financial Review they were working with staff on projects that examined the value proposition for employees.
