‘Personal support’: Pherous’ $16m share transfer to ill colleague

Corporate Travel Management chief executive Jamie Pherous allocated $16 million of his personal shareholding in the listed travel agency to long-time lieutenant Laura Ruffles, who left the business citing health-related reasons this year.
One million shares linked to Mr Pherous’ interests had been disposed of, with no consideration paid, according to a customary directors’ disclosure filed to the ASX late on Friday.
