    Small explorer Hot Chili is seeking up to $8 million though a float to do the seemingly impossible: become a larger uranium producer in the Republic of Chile.

    The South American country, one of the world’s great copper-producing areas, is not known for uranium exploration. Chile took uranium off its strategic minerals list about eight years ago.
