    360 Capital’s Tony Pitt lined up for Lantern board

    Tony Pitt, founder of listed property funds manager 360 Capital, and Matthew Stubbs of Allier Capital will be nominated as directors of Lantern Hotel Group, as part of a proposal to spill the board.

    Tony Pitt , founder of listed property funds manager 360 Capital, and ­Matthew Stubbs , a managing director of Allier Capital, will be nominated as directors of Lantern Hotel Group as part of a proposal to spill the board.

    It’s understood Millinium Capital Managers will put forward Mr Pitt and Mr Stubbs in an effort to bring fresh blood to the company’s ­boardroom table, along with ­Ainsworth Game Technology directorGraeme ­Campbell, who has been ­nominated as the new chair.
