Victory Offices, an ASX-listed flexible workspace provider chaired by former Victorian premier Steve Bracks, has been locked out of at least three of its hubs in Sydney and Melbourne in disputes over unpaid rent.

The lockouts have been imposed over the past week at whole-floor tenancies occupied by Victory at high-profile CBD locations including the EY Centre at 200 George Street in Sydney, which is held jointly between AMP Capital and Mirvac, which manages the building.
