Modem maker NetComm lines up $4m raising

Micro cap modem producer NetComm Wireless is expected to launch a $4 million equity raising on Thursday through broker Wilson HTM.
It’s understood NetComm and its broker were discussing the raising’s price after the market closed on Wednesday with the view to launch the raising on Thursday.
