Investors Mutual CEO Damon Hambly and his wife, designer Philippa Haydon, have sold their Bellevue Hill mansion, netting $22.75 million for the six-bedroom family home in Australia’s most expensive suburb.

The trophy deal was closed on a wet Tuesday evening in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, drawing the curtains on 14 years of Hambly-Haydon ownership, after the couple forked out $3.7 million for the unrenovated corner bungalow in 2010.
